Upon hearing the word SOLITUDE , I began meditating on the word, what effect does it have in the interior life of the believer? The Lord said to me, come into solitude with me .Could that be a retreat ? Or detaching from the world and go into a place where no one can see you?
But I began to understand that , coming into a Solitary state begins with an inward awareness of the heart. The issues of life have it's source in the interior terrain of our heart .
Proverbs 4:23
Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
The root word of keep is nâtsar which means to conceal, preserve or hidden things. So by wisdom, knowing how delicate the heart is , it ought to be in a state where it's out of sight or perhaps exposed, why? Because it's a source that springs forth the outgoings of life.
Exposure is a risk in Kingdom Life, even the Lord glory's in concealment and express himself in secret.
The internal life shouldn't be overemphasized for it is one of the most important factor that holds the pillars and the foundations of a Destiny, whatever goes wrong on the outside is derive from the inside. Solitude is a state of been alone and not accompanied with any form of attachment but in union with the marker that shapes you. There is a calling to come into that Lifestyle just as Jesus Did . The Lord is a jealous God and resides in our heart making us a complete being, his desire is to be found alone with us in our hearts because he is the true source that quickens our life to live the Devine driven life.
Coming into solitude with God practically means to become aware of him in your heart and submit to Love him letting him dispense his fullness in our heart not finding anything that could replace but HIM alone in you and with you in HIM!!
John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
Cone into solitude with God, in thoughts, indeed and in consciousness.
Shalom ❣️
